Kitchen Remodels
From a tired, closed-off kitchen to the room everyone gathers in. We plan the layout with you before anything comes out.

- Layout changes and updates
- Clean, careful work in an occupied home
What we do
Six trades, one call. Every project starts with a walkthrough and a clear, written estimate — no surprises halfway through the job.
Bathroom Remodels
A dated bathroom becomes a clean, modern space — better shower, better storage, finishes that hold up to daily use.
- Showers, tile & vanities
- Full bathroom renovations
- Guest baths and primary suites
Finish Carpentry
The details that make a house feel finished. Tight miters, clean lines, doors that close the way they should.
- Interior doors
- Baseboards & trim
- Door and window casing
Painting
The fastest way to make a Cape Cod home look new again — and to protect it from salt air and weather.
- Interior & exterior painting
- Full prep: scraping, sanding, caulking, priming
- Minor drywall repairs before we paint
Decks
More room for summer on the Cape — grilling, coffee in the morning, family over on the weekend.
- New deck builds
- Deck repairs & resurfacing
- Steps and railings
Roofing
The roof takes the worst of Cape Cod weather — wind, salt air and nor’easters. We keep it solid, sealed and leak-free.

Local, owner-run, hands-on
Alpha Home Improvement is owned and run by Rudy Gazolla, based in South Dennis, Massachusetts. We’re a residential remodeling company serving homeowners across Cape Cod.
When you hire Alpha, you’re not handed off to a stranger. Rudy looks at every job himself, writes the estimate, and stays involved from the first walkthrough to the last day on site. That’s how the work gets done carefully — and how small problems get caught before they turn into big ones.
Whether it’s a kitchen that’s overdue for a remodel, a bathroom ready for a fresh start, trim work that finally finishes a space, or a single room that needs paint, you’ll know exactly who’s in your home and what’s happening next.
- You talk directly with the owner — no sales reps, no call centers
- Clear written estimates before any work begins
- Prep and cleanup treated as part of the job, not an afterthought
